Policies

  1. Please come to your appointments alone. 
  2. Please wear a mask throughout your appointment.You are welcomed to eat.
  3. Please prepare your child to sit still and for long periods of time. Please consider bringing a form of entertainment and preparing for their meals and snacks.
  4. Travel clients- please make sure domineering animals are contained.
  5. Consultations are mandatory for new and transfer clients.

Attendance

  1. Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  2. Please call or text prior to your appointment if you are going to be late. If you will be 30 minutes late, please plan to reschedule your appointment.
  3. No call, no show will be asked to pay in advance to schedule another appointment.

Payments

  1. The consultation fee will be applied toward establishment price.
  2. Payment is accepted in all forms of electronic payment, money order, or cash. No personal checks will be accepted.
  3. Establishment quotes are guaranteed for 30 days. After that, hair will be remeasured for a new quote.
  4. Deposits are non-refundable, although they may be applied to an alternate installation date within 3 months of the original appointment.
  5. Three-month payment plans are available. Your quote will be based on additional growth of a rate of 1/2 “ per month of the payment plan but final price will be based on measurements at the time of the establishment.

Maintenance

  1. Retightens are expected between 4 and 7 weeks or agreed upon timeframe. 
  2. Please wash hair within 24-48 hours of appointment.
  3. Clients are responsible for adhering to their hair maintenance schedule in my absence. Alternate consultant or trainee suggestions will be provided.
  4. Please let me know if it is not okay to photograph your hair.
  5. You are encouraged to contact me if you are at all unsatisfied with your service.
